Here at Trust Unlimited, we take your privacy very seriously. We often gather information from organizations through surveys, structured interviews, or through coaching sessions. The information you provide will never be shared, sold or otherwise distributed. The reason we ask you to answer these questions is to help us get a better sense of your corporate culture as it relates specifically to trust. Not only does this data help us get to know you better, but it also allows us to tailor any coaching, training or other custom services that we provide to your organization. It is addionally used to evaluate the impact we are having on the trust levels within your organization.
You might have concerns that we’ll share your specific responses with your manager or other leaders in the organization,but rest assured, that is simply not going to happen. The group responses are pooled together to give us a sense of the overall climate of trust so that we know how to best partner with your group for maximum impact and support.
